The Typhur Dome 2 is a good air fryer with a huge cooking surface that can cook food very quickly once you find the right settings. However, the self-cleaning mode isn't as effective as advertised. It leaves a lot of baked-on grease and residue in the basket that is extremely difficult to remove. The basket quality is also disappointing. Mine warped significantly with normal use, and I had to replace it after only six months.
Overall, it's a capable air fryer with excellent cooking performance and capacity, but the cleaning system and basket durability don't quite match the premium price. It's also worth noting that while it browns food well, achieving a deep sear can be difficult compared to other cooking methods.
