Typhur Sous Vide Station

Everything Typhur makes is of outstanding quality and purposefulness especially the sous-vide machine loaded with pre-programmed recipes and suggestions. After downloading the Typhur app the cell phone adds another useful dimension recipes and control of the machine. Great product!

I have 3 immersion circulators and have been cooking sous vide for 10 years. This unit is a little larger than my other set ups but it is great!! The double walled container keeps me from wrapping the container with a towel and it’s large enough it fit a spiral sliced half ham. The panel is easy to use and the app allows me to check in on my cook when at work. The hand held sealer works well. The clip weight this thing is works its weight in gold!! Keeps food submerged without hassle and no big chain taking up space. I haven’t used any preset recipes yet but it looks like the catalog is easy to use and navigate.

This machine is absolutely gorgeous, and its user-friendliness makes you want to Sous Vide every single day! The team is very responsive to questions; all they're missing is capes!
