Best temp that I have used! Not only extremely quick but spot on temperature reading every time. I also use the Typhur meat probes and have compared the temps, extremely close every time. Customer service is top notch. (I received a call after having the meat probes just to get my opinion). If you're on the fence, buy them as every product that I have is awesome!

The Typhur instaProbe Meat Thermometer is replacing an old, no longer reliable digital probe thermometer. I love the many features of the Typhur Thermomoter??simply lift to extend the probe and the thermometer is ON and ready to use; no on/off switch to remember to turn off! The bright digital readout is accurate, large, and easy to read. I??m usually rushed when cooking and these three features are very helpful. The other nice feature is the built in magnet which attaches to my refrigerator??no more searching in a drawer for a thermometer. It is advertised as washable but I plan to wash only the probe. I??ll wait to read if other buyers are washing the whole unit??I would hate to lose this little gem. This thermometer is everything I could hope for for kitchen use.
This is the best thermometer I??ve had so far! It is on the pricey side but definitely worths it. I simply cannot believe how fast this thing is and when you are cooking over a hot grill that couple seconds saving makes a big difference.It is also very sleek, versatile and easy to clean. Overall a great addition to my grilling kit. Highly recommend!
